data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kad sam prvi put do\u0161ao u kontakt s biomehanikom i istinski je razumio, napokon sam shvatio <strong>za\u0161to sam bio ozlije\u0111en<\/strong>. Godinama sam trenirao mimo biomehanike \u2013 drugim rije\u010dima, kretao sam se u <strong>zoni ozljede<\/strong>. Tada sam shvatio da je ljudsko tijelo <strong>najbolji stroj za nadogradnju<\/strong> na svijetu.<\/p><p>To mi je otkrilo ne\u0161to klju\u010dno: <strong>\u010dovjeka ne mo\u017ee\u0161 \u201cizlije\u010diti\u201d<\/strong> izvana \u2013 tijelo se <strong>lije\u010di samo<\/strong>. Na\u0161 jedini zadatak je <strong>stvoriti mu prave uvjete<\/strong> da to mo\u017ee u\u010diniti. I upravo tu le\u017ei snaga biomehanike \u2013 ona ponovno uspostavlja ravnote\u017eu, u\u010di te kako koristiti vlastito tijelo, razumjeti ga kao sustav i vidjeti koliko je mo\u0107no kad ponovno funkcionira pravilno.<\/p><p>Ve\u0107ina ljudi koji osje\u0107aju bol ili imaju ozljedu, treniraju ono \u0161to ih boli. Rade izolacijske vje\u017ebe, poku\u0161avaju se \u201crehabilitirati\u201d direktno na mjestu boli. No to je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e <strong>lije\u010denje posljedice, a ne uzroka<\/strong>. Biomehanika napada uzrok. <strong>Ne radi\u0161 izolirano, ve\u0107 funkcionalno \u2013 i upravo to je uvjet koji tijelu treba da se samo izlije\u010di.<\/strong><\/p><p>Na vsakem treningu s klienti za\u010dnem z <strong>diagnostiko in anamnezo<\/strong>. Svaki program je individualan. U 99 % slu\u010dajeva pojavljuju se isti problemi:<\/p><ul><li>slaba ili ograni\u010dena pokretljivost,<\/li><li>lo\u0161a motori\u010dka kontrola,<\/li><li>bol u donjem dijelu le\u0111a, vratu, izme\u0111u lopatica, u ramenu ili koljenu.<\/li><\/ul><p>Zatim slijedi <strong>u\u010denje osnovnih obrazaca pokreta kroz biomehaniku<\/strong>. To je temelj. Ljudi prvi put istinski osjete svoje tijelo, shvate gdje su njihove slabosti, za\u0161to do njih dolazi i \u0161to trebaju u\u010diniti da ih isprave \u2013 i najva\u017enije, da se<strong> vi\u0161e ne vra\u0107aju<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Nau\u010de pravilno izvoditi \u010du\u010danj, kako ih koljena vi\u0161e ne bi boljela pri hodu, ustajanju ili radu. Nau\u010de biomehaniku pretklona, odnosno mrtvog dizanja, kako ih vi\u0161e ne bi boljela le\u0111a pri svakodnevnim aktivnostima. Nau\u010de se pokretima koje prenose iz <strong>treninga u \u017eivot<\/strong> \u2013 i upravo to je ono \u0161to zaista vrijedi.<\/p><p>Ne treniram ljude da bi izgledali kao bodybuilderi s naslovnica, niti kao fotomodeli za Instagram. Te iluzije prodaje nam bolesno dru\u0161tvo. Ja treniram ljude da:<\/p><ul><li>ujutro ustanu bez bolova,<\/li><li>mogu normalno oprati zube bez oslanjanja na ruku,<\/li><li>potr\u010de s djecom ili unucima,<\/li><li>rade u vinogradu i naprave vlastito vino,<\/li><li>planinare bez bolova u koljenima,<\/li><li>sjede na ve\u010deri satima bez nelagode,<\/li><li>\u017eive \u017eivot bez straha od novog \u201cpresijecanja\u201d u le\u0111ima.<\/li><\/ul><p>To je <strong>snaga biomehanike<\/strong>.<br>Njome sprje\u010dava\u0161 nastanak boli, <strong>sanira\u0161 ozljede i osvaja\u0161 vlastito tijelo<\/strong>.<br>Tijelo ti postaje saveznik, a ne neprijatelj.<\/p><p>I to je ono \u0161to ja u\u010dim.<br>Ne trening.<br><strong>Ve\u0107 funkcionalno kretanje koje ti vra\u0107a \u017eivot<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong><em>Mario
